1. Business
- The Website is an online platform that enables the sale and purchase of branded merchandise and services (“Services”) offered by MTechnics or its affiliates/registered vendors/service providers (“Vendors”).
- Vendors are solely responsible for the products or services sold through the Website, including redemptions of vouchers purchased.
- MTechnics reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service at any time without notice. Changes to processes, purchase conditions, or service delivery may be made at our discretion.
2. Vouchers
- Users may be eligible to purchase vouchers of specific value for products/services, as per the eligibility terms listed on the Website.
- Each voucher will include redemption instructions, offer period, and expiry date (if any). Expired vouchers will not be eligible for refunds, credits, or cash-backs.
- Vouchers are specific to selected products or services (e.g., motorcycle accessories, riding gear, luggage) and cannot be combined with other promotions or used for unrelated products.
- Once sold, vouchers are non-refundable, regardless of whether they are used. Only one voucher may be applied per transaction.
- MTechnics and Vendors are not responsible for lost, misplaced, or destroyed vouchers.

- Shipping policies are governed by MTechnics’ shipping terms, which may change without prior notice. Octroi or applicable charges (if any) will be borne by MTechnics.
- All products are subject to warranties provided by manufacturers or brands. Seller warranties (if applicable) will be clearly mentioned in product details.
4. Services
- Users are solely responsible for their actions when using purchased services. MTechnics will not be liable for misuse.
- You confirm you are of legal age to enter into binding contracts under applicable Indian law.
- MTechnics shall not be responsible for any deficiency in payments toward services purchased.
- Refunds for services are not offered unless errors occur during purchase or redemption directly attributable to MTechnics.
5. Pricing Information
- MTechnics strives to provide the best prices but does not guarantee the lowest prices in any region. Prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
- While we aim for accuracy, errors in pricing or product/service information may occur. If a product/service is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect details, MTechnics may:

Cancel your order and notify you of cancellation.
If payment has already been made for a cancelled order, the amount will be refunded to the original payment source.
6. Delivery of Products
- Shipping addresses and pin codes will be verified with MTechnics’ delivery database. If your location is not serviceable, you may be asked to provide an alternate address.
- MTechnics is not responsible for non-delivery in unserviceable areas.
- Multiple products ordered together may be shipped in one package, but due to product characteristics or logistics, separate shipments may occur.
- If you want products shipped to multiple addresses, you must place separate orders.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- These Terms of Offer for Sale and all related transactions are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
- All disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Thrissur, Kerala, India.
