At MTechnics, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not fully happy with your order, please review our Replacement & Refund Policy below.
- We dont have return policy, only replacement for defective or damaged items.
- Product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition.
- Must include original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories.
- No returns accepted for used, damaged, modified, clearance, or final sale items.
- Customers responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to MTechnics’ error (wrong/defective item).
- Damaged or incorrect products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos).
- Non-returnable items: customized products, used products, discounted/promotional items.
- Check the product upon delivery for damages, manufacturing defects, or size issues. Such issues must be reported to our customer support (+91 63837 78930) within 24 hours, and the return must be sent within 10 days. We recommend recording an unboxing video or photos as proof.
