MTechnics may, at its sole discretion, refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Situations that may result in order cancellation include, but are not limited to:
- Non-availability of the product or quantities ordered
- Non-availability of the service
- Inaccuracies or errors in pricing information
- Any issues identified by MTechnics
MTechnics may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. If all or any portion of your order is cancelled, or if further information is required, MTechnics will contact you.
If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the amount will be reversed to your account. Note: Promo codes used will not be refunded in case of cancellation, whether by you or by MTechnics.
2. Cancellation by the User
- Users may request order cancellations, but MTechnics reserves the right to accept or reject such requests.
- If the order has not been processed/approved by MTechnics, the cancellation will be accepted, and the full amount will be refunded within a reasonable period.
- Orders that have already been processed cannot be cancelled. MTechnics has the full right to determine the processing status, and you agree to accept this decision.
3. Bulk Orders
MTechnics reserves the right to cancel any order classified as a ‘Bulk Order’. Criteria for bulk orders (not exhaustive) include:
- Products ordered for commercial resale rather than personal use
- Multiple orders of the same product to the same address
- Large quantities of the same product
- Invalid or incomplete address details
- Any malpractice used to place the order
Note: Promo codes used for bulk orders will not be refunded.
4. Cancellation Procedure
- If you wish to cancel an order, do so immediately after placing it.
- Once an order is processed by our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled. Processing can occur in under 30 minutes, so prompt action is essential.
- Orders placed during a “sale” (promotional offers or discounts) cannot be cancelled.
5. Faulty or Damaged Products
If you receive faulty or damaged products, contact our customer service immediately. Our team will guide you through the return process and initiate a refund or replacement after verifying your claim.
